These vehicles have already determined a zone to carry out the delivery of their customers' orders.
The company does not apply a method for planning its vehicle routes for the distribution of the products to its customers, so it does not have a technical basis that allows it to visualize where to start to deliver and where it ends, often leaving customers out that in a certain way they are important or that they have a greater demand, causing an irregular level of service and, eventually, economic and resource losses.
